Administrative Assistant needed for Business Brokerage and Management Consulting company

About us:
Business Brokerage, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Management Consulting firm in need of an Administrative Assistant to assist CEO/Managing Director with daily tasks.  We help business owners sell their business, grow through acquisition, value their business, and grow and manage their business more effectively and efficiently.  Our clients range from Fortune 500 companies to Main Street USA businesses.

We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10-20 hours per week to start. The work will include the following:
  - Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar
  - Data entry into valuation software
  - Interact with business owner clients and prospective buyers
  - Manage several social media accounts

Skills required:
  - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
  - Comfortable with social media platforms (FB, Twitter, IG), knowledge of Hootsuite is helpful, knowledge of LinkedIn marketing a huge plus.
  - Strong knowledge of Google Docs or Microsoft Office suite and Google Calendar
  - Financial industry or business knowledge is a plus
