Tax advice needed on setting up the US LLC for American operations

Hello there,

I need advice regarding setting up the US LLC. I run my e-commerce company (selling physical products) from Norway.

To use US fulfilment warehouses, I need to use the US LLC. I have a few questions regarding setting up the whole operation: eg. US sales tax and other taxes that I would be subject to.

Is it possible to run the business under the Norwegian LLC, or do I need to open a US bank account and use the US LLC separately from the Norwegian entity?

If you know answers to these questions and have corporate tax experience, I will be happy to speak with you.

Best,
Marek Olszewski
