Sourcer & Recruiter with development options(Japanese speaker)

We are looking for a helping hand in assessing our candidates!

What you will do:
- assess and screen candidates
- develop country specific talent strategy
- develop & keep up talent pipelines
- administrative tasks (email communication, Google Sheet Upkeep)

What you need to have:
- fluent to excellent level of spoken & written English
- detail orientation & being able to follow clear instructions
- ability to work 40 hours, Monday to Friday
- excellent to native level of spoken & written Japanese(at least JLPT N1 or same level)

Nice to have:
- experience in assessing candidates, creating tests, screening CVs
