Customer Service Full Time Long Term Commitment

For our fast-growing business, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills, solution-oriented, proactive, and highly attentive to details for a long-term position.

You will be providing assistance for students enrolled in our online course and new students interested in purchasing our services. You will also assist customers enrolled in the course.

Main Tasks:
*Complete outbound calls to explain the services we offer to clients interested in purchasing the course. [NO COLD CALLS or AGGRESSIVE SALES]
*Appropriately complete clerical and internal systems steps and procedures when processing customer requests.
*Follow up with clients and other team members to ensure resolution to clients' requests.

Secondary Tasks:
*Respond promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner to a HIGH VOLUME of instant and email messages on multiple platforms at a time (currently 6)
*Complete outbound calls to guide clients when needed.

You are the right fit if you:
*Have excellent English & Spanish languages Communication skills (written and verbal)
*Have Contact Center or other Customer Service Experience (1yr+)
*Have a strong user level of Computing Skills
*Proficient with Google Drive, Excel, and instant messaging social platforms
*Have problem-solving skills
*Are highly Organized and able to shift from one task to another efficiently
*Are flexible and adapt well to changes
*Are self-disciplined and can work well independently or with a team
*Are courteous and with a high level of emotional intelligence
*Have the ability to intuitively identify customers' needs when they can't clearly verbalize them.
*Strive for excellence, desire, and find joy in helping others
*Having basic math knowledge to help you identify mathematical topics will be an advantage.

Equipment Requirements
*Reliable Internet Connection preferably high-speed broadband.
*Computer o Laptop with  Microsoft Windows 7 upwards or Mac
*Computer Device must have more than 16 GB RAM
*Wired USB Headset - Background Noise Cancelling for clear communication.

Other requirements:
Availability to work Rotative 6 or 8-hour shifts as late as 11 pm EST.
Availability to work 5-hour shift on Weekends
Have a quiet location to work from

Home-based remote work
Competitive hourly rate
Paid training: Start at $10
Increase to $12 per hour upon successful performance of all the tasks assigned.
Bi-weekly payments

Long-term cooperation agreement subject to successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.
